One Little Chance Review

One Little Chance by Rebecca Jo Jackson is a delight to read. The whole story is fun and pleasant! I quite enjoyed reading this book and it was super quick to read which is nice only 160 pages! I would recommend this book if you’re looking for a wholesome clean romance story. This book is about second chances and where they can take us when we let them.

In the town of Sweet River, this Hallmark-like story comes to be. This small town almost reminds me of Stars Hallow from Gilmore Girls and has some similarities. The main quote I liked from this book was the following: “He was my childhood crush, my high school sweetheart, my best friend. Like a favorite jacket that fit just right no matter how I grew over the years. The voice I would fall asleep to on the phone when we were apart on family vacations. A face I searched for in the stands during track meets, to remind me that I was a winner no matter the score” (Page 11). To me this quote summarizes who Sophia and Jordan once were and what they could be with a second chance. I figured it summarized things well for the most part.

I would recommend this book to someone who:

  • wants and loves to be given second chances in life.

  • likes clean Hallmark-like romance stories.

  • wants a quick, delightful read to think about for a while.

  • wants to remember there is hope in relationships.

Hopefully you enjoy this book if you read it. I know I enjoyed it for what it was. Sorry this was such a quick review! I just don’t want to tell the whole story so you can discover it if you want to!

She also has a new book coming out at the end of June that I am planning to read! It’s called Gracie’s Guide to Dating. It’s the last one of the series as of right now.

Happy Reading! :)
